Requirements
Must:
- I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- I have more than 7 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
- I possess proven experience leading Salesforce projects in federal or heavily regulated environments.
- I am Salesforce certified (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect) which is strongly preferred.
- I have expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- I am experienced with integration platforms (such as MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.) and security protocols (OAuth, SAML).
- I have a strong understanding of federal security requirements and compliance frameworks.
- I possess excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
- I am legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- I can obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role or have an Active Secret Security Clearance.
- I am able to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work I perform and the clients or industries I serve.
- I am local to the Washington, D.C. area and can be onsite when needed.
Responsibilities
As a Project Delivery Manager on our team, I will:
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex Salesforce solutions for federal clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, establish technical strategy, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, DevOps, and release management.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior staff, and cultivate a culture of technical excellence.
- Ensure solutions comply with federal security and data protection requirements, including FISMA, FedRAMP, and other applicable standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Salesforce environments.
- Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment plans.
- Support the development of proposals and technical presentations as needed.

The wage range for this role reflects a wide array of factors considered in making compensation decisions, including skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The current estimated range is $120,000 to $190,000. Additionally, you may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program based on various factors, including both individual and organizational performance.
