Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in consulting and/or CRM implementations
- At least 5 years of experience in the life sciences sector
- 2+ complete implementations of Life Sciences Cloud focusing on Patient Services and Customer Engagement
- Proven experience with multi-region deployments integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with Databricks, enabling agentic capabilities
- Willingness to travel up to 50% based on client and industry needs
- Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud certification preferred
- 3+ years in biopharma CRM program support preferred
- 3+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum teams and at least one implementation using CI/CD release pipelines preferred
- Experience leading over 10 client presentations/workshops and influencing decisions among technical and non-technical stakeholders preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead the solution architecture for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations, focusing on Patient Services and Customer Engagement
- Define comprehensive architecture across applications, data, and integrations using Salesforce Data Cloud, Databricks, and emerging agentic platforms
- Establish architecture standards and governance for global delivery with regional deployments
- Conduct design reviews and make crucial technical decisions
- Set security, environment, and release guidelines
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure solutions are resilient, high-performing, and ready for adoption
