Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree
- Experience in Salesforce customization/configuration across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud, and Knowledge
- Knowledge of migrating from Salesforce Classic to Lightning Experience, including Visualforce-to-Lightning conversions and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) adoption
- Proficiency in front-end development using JavaScript, SLDS, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Competence in back-end development with Apex (Triggers, Visualforce, Scheduled/Batch Apex) and related customizations
- Familiarity with DevOps/PDLC and delivery tools such as Git, Jenkins, Jira, ANT, Change Sets, Force.com IDE, and integrations (REST/SOAP, OAuth, SSO)
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Capacity to obtain and retain the necessary clearance for this position
- Able to operate within a hybrid work system, residing within a commutable distance to a US Delivery Center location (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg) or Geo-Hub locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, and Philadelphia)
- Willingness to spend up to 30% of time co-located at an assigned office for team collaboration and projects
- Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project-related purposes
Responsibilities
- Develop and tailor Salesforce user experiences utilizing Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce, integrated with backend services (Apex/controllers)
- Create responsive, cross-device interfaces and enhance front-end performance for complex, data-intensive pages
- Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to implement features from start to finish; troubleshoot and rectify UI defects
- Generate and uphold technical design and approach documentation, ensuring compliance with coding standards for clean, maintainable code
- Construct and refine solutions across Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience/Communities, Knowledge) and configure the security model (Profiles, Permission Sets, OWD)
- Create and share reports/dashboards, execute data loads/migrations (Data Loader/Import Wizard), and develop/maintain automation (Flow; legacy Workflow/Process Builder as necessary)
