Compensation for this role reflects a wide array of factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs. The current salary range estimate is between $98,000 to $160,000. I may also qualify for participation in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules that depend on various performance factors, both individual and organizational.
