Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Over 3 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture
- Active Secret Security Clearance is required
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
- Familiarity with integration platforms such as MuleSoft and Informatica, as well as security protocols like OAuth and SAML
- Strong communication, leadership, and client engagement skills
- Active DoD Security Clearance is mandatory and must be maintained
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship, now or in the future
- Willingness to travel 20-50%, depending on project requirements and client interactions
Preferable Qualifications:
- Background in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect) are highly desirable
- Previous experience supporting federal agencies in the Washington, D.C. region
Responsibilities
- Create tailored solutions within the Salesforce platform, utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components
- Design, develop, and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems through REST and SOAP APIs
- Work alongside business stakeholders and technical teams to collect and analyze requirements, providing expertise on Salesforce best practices
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, and test plans
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and assist in user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of deliverables
- Identify and rectify technical issues and bugs in Salesforce applications and integrations
- Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce features and functionalities, assessing their relevance to our organization
- Engage in code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices
