Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT field; or equivalent experience.
- Over 4 years of practical Salesforce development expertise, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning, on complex enterprise-level projects.
- Proven proficiency in Salesforce integrations utilizing REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security frameworks, including profiles, roles, permission sets, and compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Experience working collaboratively and leading teams in fast-paced environments.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Must be able to obtain and sustain the necessary clearance for this position or hold an Active Secret Clearance.
- Preferred: Salesforce Developer certifications (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, etc.).
- Preferred: Experience in government or highly regulated sectors.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Preferred: Knowledge of CI/CD tools for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado).
- Preferred: Experience with data migration tools (Data Loader, Informatica).
- Preferred: Background in mentoring or managing junior developers.

Responsibilities
- Develop tailored solutions within the Salesforce platform, incorporating Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components.
- Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce integrations with other systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Work collaboratively with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and assess requirements while providing technical insights on Salesforce best practices.
- Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, encompassing solution designs, technical specifications, and test plans.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and assist in user acceptance testing to guarantee high-quality outcomes.
- Identify and fix technical issues and bugs related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Keep current on the latest Salesforce features and capabilities, assessing their relevance to our organizational needs.
- Engage in code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
