Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future
- Active Top Secret security clearance is mandatory
- Willingness to travel approximately 15% based on client needs and project demands
- Over 3 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ in an enterprise context
- Proficient in identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access certifications, and governance practices
- Experience in monitoring connectors/integrations and ensuring job execution health
- Capable of producing clear technical documentation, including configurations, procedures, and support guides
Responsibilities
- Support, enhance, and maintain the client identity platform within the production environment
- Ensure secure, reliable, and compliant identity services for our clients
- Collaborate with team members to deliver effective solutions for identity management
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity services
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for operational processes
