Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Over 6 years of pertinent experience in software engineering or full-stack development, including AI/ML or GenAI solutions delivery.
- Proven experience leading teams and delivering client-facing solutions with a strong sense of ownership regarding quality and timelines.
- Proficiency in GenAI, NLP, and Agentic AI technologies.
- Expertise in Python programming and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Familiarity with Agentic AI tools (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Skilled in prompt engineering and utilizing vector databases (design, usage, integration).
- Experience in model building and deployment processes.
- Competence in working with containers (e.g., Docker) and data engineering with APIs.
- Proficient in ETL processes and pipeline quality.
- Knowledge of FastAPI (or similar) to develop backend services and API integration (RESTful services).
- Full-stack engineering experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and UI/UX design principles.
- Understanding of front-end frameworks (such as React, Angular, or Vue).
- Familiarity with cloud AI/ML services across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Reside within a commutable distance to our office for daily commuting.
- Ability to travel up to 50% based on project requirements and client locations.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Responsibilities
- Lead client discovery sessions and gather requirements to shape solutions; translate client needs into architecture and technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and implement tailored AI/GenAI solutions aligned with business workflows and risk factors.
- Architect and enhance agentic AI systems, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise platforms.
- Direct end-to-end implementations of RAG, overseeing every step from data ingestion to evaluation.
- Spearhead activities for GenAI model building, including training, fine-tuning, and ongoing quality enhancements.
- Oversee model deployment, ensuring efficient production operations like monitoring and incident responses.
- Guide development pods in planning, quality assurance, and delivery while providing mentorship and championing engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, data, security, and compliance, to deliver scalable solutions.
- Assess new GenAI/agent frameworks and cloud services; prototype and provide recommendations for optimal approaches.
