Responsibilities
In my role as Project Delivery Specialist I, I will:
- Provide technical leadership to a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, guiding them through agile delivery models while ensuring best practices throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Drive technical design sessions, create comprehensive end-to-end solutions, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and QA resources to ensure technical decisions align with business objectives.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce architectures, producing detailed technical documentation.
- My core development tasks will include designing and implementing complex applications using advanced Apex coding, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other declarative features of Salesforce.
- I will oversee the creation of integrations between Salesforce and external systems by utilizing APIs, web services, and point-to-point integration techniques.
- I will enforce high coding standards, optimize for performance and scalability, and maintain Salesforce development best practices through code reviews and continuous process enhancements.
- I will leverage my understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and data model principles, leading scrum teams by managing sprints, backlogs, and developer assignments.
