Must:
- A bachelor's degree is mandatory. - You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the requirement for employer sponsorship, now or in the future. - An active Top Secret clearance is necessary. - Residency in Albuquerque, NM, or Arlington, VA is required. - Willingness to travel up to 15% on average. - At least 5 years of experience as an Information Assurance (IA) Analyst, ISSE, ISSO, or a similar role focusing on ATO package development. - Completion of at least one professional security certification such as CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CompTIA Security+ CE, SSCP, or higher is required.

Responsibilities

- I will review systems to identify potential security vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for enhancements to mitigate these risks. - I will oversee the management of cybersecurity risk from an organizational standpoint. - It will be my duty to identify and prioritize organizational risks, maintaining a risk registry for escalation and presentation to senior leadership. - I will offer security guidance and information system validation utilizing the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) RMF, DoC, and local security policies. - I will provide configuration management (CM) recommendations for information system security software, hardware, and firmware, coordinating changes and modifications with relevant stakeholders. - I will maintain compliance with vulnerability scanning tools such as ACAS and manage patch updates in accordance with directives to guarantee system security. - I will act as a subject matter expert in cybersecurity and trusted system technology. - Utilizing advanced technical skills, I will analyze specialized functional areas to devise solutions for complex challenges. - I will conduct research, write, review, and finalize recommendations concerning cybersecurity policies, assessments, and related reports. - I will produce risk assessment reports detailing thresholds, evaluations, and scores, as well as provide expert guidance on mitigation strategies and implementation advice on cybersecurity findings.

The estimated salary range is between $93,225 and $155,375.
