Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree
- 4 years of consulting or relevant industry experience, specifically in Insurance (P&C, L&A/group, Commercial lines, Specialty)
- 4 years of experience defining end-to-end architecture for Guidewire implementations, including scalable configuration and integration designs
- 4 years in Property & Casualty Insurance Solutions with tools like Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, or Origami
- 4 years in one of the following areas: Insurance Products, Underwriting, Claims, Billing & Payments, Policy Administration, or Distribution
- Minimum of 4 full life cycle implementations of Large-Scale System Delivery Experience, preferably for Policy Administration, Billing Systems, or Claims Systems
- 1 year of estimating and planning for Large Scale System Implementations
- 2 years managing at least one extensive Business Integration effort and project team across all project lifecycle phases from scoping to testing
- Ability to travel approximately 50% based on work and client needs
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive architecture for Guidewire solutions, serving as a crucial link between client stakeholders and our delivery teams
- Translate business requirements into secure and scalable configuration and integration designs
- Establish technical strategy and guidelines, leading architecture decisions
- Design and validate solution prototypes and oversee build, testing, deployment, and support readiness
- Drive technical problem resolution while effectively communicating with stakeholders
- Continuously enhance personal skillset and provide mentorship to junior colleagues
