Requirements
Must:
We seek candidates with a Master's or PhD in a relevant STEM field (Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, etc.). You should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in data science, data engineering, software engineering, or MLOps. Additionally, you'll need 6 years of experience in AI/ML algorithm development workflows and data analysis across major data modalities, such as NLP, time-series analysis, computer vision, and graph models. Proficiency in core programming languages and data science libraries (Python, Keras, PyTorch, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.) as well as familiarity with traditional ML and deep learning techniques (CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, GANs) is required. Furthermore, we expect at least 4 years of experience in team management and delivering complex projects. It is essential to live within commuting distance of one of our consulting offices and to be open to traveling on average 10% based on your assignments and client needs. Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Responsibilities
As our Data Science Manager, you'll lead a team of developers to create innovative solutions in the AI and GenAI fields. You'll set the technical direction for client projects, establishing the project strategy, and conveying complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. Your leadership will guide our data science and AI initiatives as you develop and implement strategies that produce measurable business and scientific outcomes. Part of your role will involve identifying high-value AI opportunities, serving as the technical lead on projects, and supporting diverse clients in AI strategy and adoption. You will also oversee comprehensive AI initiatives, ensuring that systems remain scalable, efficient, and compliant with AI guidelines. Additionally, you'll mentor and inspire junior data scientists and promote their professional growth.

The salary for this position considers various factors, including skills, experience, certifications, and business needs. The estimated salary range is $130,800 to $241,000. You may also qualify for a discretionary annual incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.
