Requirements
Must:
We seek candidates with a Master's or PhD degree in a relevant STEM field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics. You should have over 6 years of experience in data science, data engineering, software engineering, or MLOps, along with expertise in AI/ML algorithm development workflows and data analysis across various modalities, including NLP, time-series analysis, and computer vision. Proficiency in core programming languages and data science packages (such as Python, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, and Scikit-learn) is essential, along with extensive experience with traditional machine learning and deep learning techniques like CNNs, RNNs, and GANs. We prefer candidates with 4+ years in team management and project delivery. Additionally, you should be located within commuting distance to one of our consulting offices and be available for occasional travel (approximately 10%).

Responsibilities
As our Data Science Manager, you will oversee a team of developers to create innovative solutions in the AI and GenAI sectors. You will direct the technical aspects of client projects, establish project strategies, and communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your leadership will be vital in achieving technical delivery goals for clinical and non-clinical applications, guiding clients on AI strategy and implementation, conducting exploratory data analysis (EDA), and validating models before deployment. You will also mentor junior data scientists, encourage their professional development, and ensure adherence to industry best practices during model validation and deployment.
