Must:
We are seeking candidates who meet one of the following experience profiles: * Option 1: Over 10 years of experience in technical consulting, solving client challenges, and architecting/designing security solutions, with a strong emphasis on Next Generation Security Operations Center (SOC) technologies (examples include Crowdstrike, Microsoft, Google, and Palo Alto platforms). This experience must encompass leadership positions responsible for project scope, pricing, and delivery, along with managing multiple proposals and projects simultaneously. * Option 2: A minimum of 6 years of technical or leadership experience in enterprise security operations or infrastructure operations, along with an extra 3 years in consulting leadership roles. Additionally, we require: * Willingness to travel up to 50% on average, depending on the work and the clients and industries/sectors served. * A BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, or Information Technology. * Limited visa sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager in our Security Operations, I will rely on you to be at the forefront with our clients, aiding them with their security operations strategies, especially regarding SOC transformation, Next-Generation SIEMs, data lakes and brokers, analytics/AI, and detection engineering across various leading technology platforms. Your responsibilities will include: * Advising clients on strategy and the design, implementation, migration, and operation of Next-Gen SIEM solutions (such as Google SecOps, PANW XSIAM, Crowdstrike NGSIEM, Microsoft Sentinel, and Splunk). * Building and maintaining client relationships by establishing a reputation as a strategic thought leader who delivers outstanding results. * Serving as a subject matter expert on SOC security solutions for senior business and technology stakeholders. * Leading SOC security teams at top-tier clients, focusing on deploying and advising on SOC transformation and engineering services. * Directing business development activities including defining service scope, creating resource estimates and associated pricing, drafting proposals, and supporting the proposal delivery to secure new work. * Overseeing multiple project deliveries in both project leadership and program management roles, supervising the activities of onsite and offshore engineers and architects. * Acting as the primary daily contact for clients, building rapport and trust. * Reviewing and supervising all project deliverables such as assessment reports, system designs, and risk/security recommendations. * Maintaining strong domain expertise in SOC and broader Defense and Resilience solutions. * Designing and implementing large-scale Next Gen SIEM deployments, migrations, or upgrades with a project team. * Supporting proof of concept and production deployments of SOC capabilities. * Leading teams in troubleshooting system-level issues within a multi-vendor, multi-protocol network environment. * Documenting platform technical issues, conducting analysis, and managing client communication and resolutions as part of cyber risk mitigation. * Engaging in eminence activities, such as writing whitepapers and Points of View regarding SOC technologies. * Leading talent processes in the senior manager capacity, focused on recruiting and coaching employees in the offering team.
