Requirements
Must:
We require a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with over 5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform. You must possess the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) credentials. Additionally, at least one ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification in Security Operations, Risk Management, or Vulnerability Response is essential. You should be willing to travel an average of 50% based on the tasks you undertake and the clients and sectors you serve. Please note that limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will assist complex organizations in confidently pursuing their growth, innovation, and performance agendas through the proactive management of associated business and cyber risks. As a Manager, you will provide consulting and implementation services that merge risk, regulatory, and technology skills to aid clients in transforming their legacy programs. Your key responsibilities will include designing and architecting ServiceNow security solutions centered on Security Operations, Integrated Risk Management, and Vulnerability Response. You will collaborate with sales teams to create practical Security solutions and work closely with clients to gather requirements, translating their business needs into technical resolutions. Furthermore, you will support pre-sales activities, prepare technical documentation such as solution designs and implementation guides, and ensure the accurate implementation of solutions by closely working with development teams.

Our Cyber Strategy & Transformation offering focuses on developing and transforming cyber programs that align with our clients' strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk appetite. We strive to keep enterprises a step ahead of the evolving threat landscape, providing stakeholders with confidence in their organization's cyber posture. Preferred qualifications include being a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), experience with ServiceNow Security Operations or Governance, Risk, and Compliance modules, as well as familiarity with security operations, incident response, or vulnerability management. Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001, integration technologies, and strong ITSM processes understanding will be beneficial. Strong presentation and communication skills, along with project management experience, are also preferred. We recognize the importance of equitable compensation and the wide range of elements that influence compensation decisions, including skills, experience, and certifications. A reasonable estimate for this role's compensation ranges from $144,200 to $265,600. You may be eligible to join a discretionary annual incentive program, where awards, if any, depend on individual and organizational performance.
