Requirements
Must:
- 5-7+ years of experience in software engineering, technical architecture, or solution design for enterprise applications
- Proficient in developing production-grade applications with object-oriented programming, clean coding techniques, and established design patterns
- Experience in creating modern frontend applications utilizing technologies such as Angular, React, or Next.js, along with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Skilled in backend development using Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or Java (Spring Boot)
- Capability in designing and implementing REST APIs, microservices, and serverless architectures in live environments
- Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle) concerning schema design and optimization
- Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Redis, or Cassandra in application development
- Proficient in using Git, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools for version control and deployment processes
- Experience with Docker for container-based application development and deployment
- Deployment experience on major cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience in implementing automated testing and CI/CD within enterprise environments
- Worked in Agile/Scrum techniques as a developer, lead, or architect
- Demonstrated experience in integrating AI technologies into applications
- Proven record leading technical reviews and contributing to project planning and risk management
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Willingness to travel up to 20% on average
- An active cloud certification from AWS, Azure, or GCP
Responsibilities
- Lead and define the architecture for full-stack applications encompassing frontend, backend, APIs, cloud, and integration
- Design scalable and secure solutions utilizing contemporary architecture patterns such as microservices and serverless
- Provide technical leadership in implementing AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions in enterprise systems
- Drive architectural decisions and establish development standards to align with technology strategy
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions
- Facilitate technical design discussions and reviews to enhance solution quality and engineering practices
- Mentor junior to senior developers, promoting a culture of quality and collaboration
- Contribute to project planning, estimation, and risk management for delivery teams
- Monitor application performance, security, and reliability throughout the development lifecycle
- Support CI/CD practices and testing strategies in cloud-native environments
- Identify technical risks and develop strategies for mitigation
- Partner with leadership in technical roadmap and evolution planning
