Cloud Security Architect - DevSecOps Lead

- Lead the implementation of DevSecOps and Secure SDLC initiatives while managing project teams, both onsite and offshore - Design and set up secure engagement workflows that streamline how engineering teams begin governance and security procedures - Develop and customize controls frameworks and translate them into actionable engineering requirements with clear outcomes - Conduct assessments of the current state of DevSecOps practices and facilitate workshops to create multi-year strategic roadmaps - Define and steer options for DevSecOps operating models, including team structure and governance forums - Integrate security measures into CI/CD and SDLC workflows, ensuring all security controls are documented and monitored - Enhance software supply chain security and advise on appropriate implementation methods based on client context - Assist with container and runtime security assessments while helping teams prioritize security tasks efficiently - Establish metrics, reporting, and dashboards to enhance transparency concerning delivery performance and compliance - Serve as the main client contact, fostering relationships and driving results across teams in Engineering, Security, Risk/Compliance, and Operations - Support business development activities including scoping, pricing, and proposal generation while contributing to thought leadership materials
