Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with Azure services, including compute, storage, networking, security, and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Must possess an active Azure certification.
- Strong communication skills for troubleshooting and collaborating with client users.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT field; or equivalent experience.
- Limited support for immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Ability to travel approximately 10%, depending on the projects and clients you work with.
Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support and resolution for Azure infrastructure issues, including both Windows and Linux virtual machines.
- Offer on-call support during U.S. business hours for escalated client concerns.
- Enhance skills in three critical areas: Infrastructure, Containers, and Networking, to better assist our clients.
- Foster skill development in relevant tools and technologies.
- Contribute to a knowledge base and standard operating procedures to strengthen client support.
- Maintain regular communication with Engagement Managers, project team members, and various functional or technical team representatives, including escalating issues that require further managerial attention.
- Independently and collaboratively manage client engagement workstreams aimed at process improvement, optimization, and transformation, including implementing best practice workflows and addressing quality deficits.

- Foundry Services: Flexible operational services offering ongoing resource capacity for client projects and tasks.
- Managed Services: Continuous maintenance, monitoring, and optimization for IT and engineering applications and products.
We offer a competitive wage range for this role, based on various factors including skills, experience, and business needs. The expected salary range is between $76,725 and $130,000. Participation in our discretionary annual incentive program may also be available, contingent upon individual and organizational performance.
