Requirements
Must:
- Over 6 years of experience in cloud or cybersecurity consulting with leadership in architecture or project management.
- At least 3 years of experience designing security frameworks on Microsoft Azure, focusing on Azure Machine Learning or Azure OpenAI, including data protection and model scanning.
- Minimum of 3 years in managing or engineering Microsoft 365 at an enterprise scale, utilizing tools like Entra ID, Teams, and SharePoint.
- 2 years of designing secure MLOps pipelines with emphasis on secure model deployment and monitoring on Azure platforms.
- At least 2 years of experience implementing Microsoft security platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel or Defender for Cloud.
- Strong proficiency in a programming language for automating processes (Python or Java).
- 2 years of experience in automating Azure guardrails with Azure Policy and Microsoft Defender or similar tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% depending on project demands.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex client projects focusing on securing Microsoft Azure IaaS, PaaS, and AI workloads.
- Architect and deliver comprehensive security strategies for Azure AI services and relevant Microsoft security platforms.
- Develop and maintain AI security protocols addressing encryption, identity management, and responsible AI implementations.
- Establish secure automation frameworks for model operations, including scanning and compliance workflows.
- Oversee the governance of Microsoft Copilot and GitHub Copilot, ensuring robust data governance and vulnerability detection.
- Drive platform security enhancements using tools like Microsoft Defender and Azure Policy to enforce compliance and best practices.
