Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a STEM field (Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, etc.) or equivalent experience
- Over 8 years of experience in product sales, software engineering, technology architecture, or data engineering roles, with a minimum of 3 years leading AI/ML solution sales, design, and deployment
- At least 8 years of experience managing a technical team, both onshore and offshore
- More than 2 years of experience in architecting, building, and deploying machine learning, deep learning, or GenAI solutions in production settings
- Over 8 years of expertise in application analysis, design, and delivery
- Extensive experience overseeing the entire lifecycle: requirements, architecture, engineering, deployment, and ongoing optimization
- Proficiency in at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) and strong familiarity with relevant AI/ML tools, frameworks, and automation platforms
- Willingness to travel 25-50% depending on work and clients
- Candidates must reside within commuting distance of one of our consulting offices
Responsibilities
- Support the sales, solution design, development, and deployment of AI products and platforms within Human Capital Solutions
- Lead sales and client engagement delivery while designing architecture for complex AI and engineering challenges related to HR applications
- Analyze industry trends and competitor landscapes to identify strategic growth opportunities
- Create and execute account growth plans, manage pipelines, and drive closure of deals
- Convey our differentiators and align offerings to meet evolving client demands
- Collaborate with clients to design, develop, and deploy technology architecture for AI, machine learning, and automation applications
- Define and supervise the technical direction and architectural vision for AI/ML/GenAI, ensuring strategic alignment
- Design and direct the development of scalable, high-performance data architecture solutions
- Participate in architectural discussions to ensure successful scaling, security, and high availability
- Utilize advanced technical skills in modern data architecture, data science engineering, and management of data sources
- Adopt best engineering practices in automation and AI/GenAI infrastructure
- Engage with stakeholders, gathering insights to align technical implementations with requirements
- Maintain relationships with key decision-makers, contribute to proposal development, and pricing strategies
- Ensure successful execution of AI-powered solutions using agile methodologies
- Audit AI tools across data, models, and software engineering to focus on continual improvement
- Work closely with security and risk leaders to foresee and mitigate risks ensuring ethical AI implementation
- Assist AI product managers in understanding AIs potential and limitations for planning new products
- Mentor and inspire junior team members on technical best practices and foster professional development
