Requirements
Must:
- I expect you to perform your job responsibilities within a hybrid work model, which entails being present in person 2-3 days per week.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is necessary.
- You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture design and implementation, demonstrating strong hands-on proficiency in C#, SQL Server, OOP concepts, and Microservices architecture.
- Proven hands-on experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET Core Web API, SQL, NoSQL, REST APIs, microservices, and Azure is essential, alongside applying design patterns in Agile environments.
- I seek a demonstrated skill set in prompt engineering for LLM models, RAG, Langchain, and LangGraph, as well as skills in RegEx, Spacy, NLTK, and NLP techniques.
- Familiarity with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, .NET, A2A, MCP, and AG-UI protocols is preferred, along with Azure ML experience.
- You should be willing to travel up to 10%, depending on your work, clients, and industries served.
- Limited sponsorship may be available.
- You must possess one of the following active accreditations: Licensed CPA in your state of practice/primary office (if eligible), Licensed Attorney, or Enrolled Agent.
- Relevant technology certifications are valued, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CRISC, CISSP, various SAFe certifications, ISTQB, and more.
Responsibilities
- I will need you to collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend business challenges and opportunities, evaluate the feasibility of requirements, prioritize tasks, and propose application architecture alternatives and a technical roadmap.
- You will work directly with the architecture team to design, deliver, and continually enhance architecture that meets and surpasses resiliency standards.
- You’ll be tasked with making high-level design choices for software structure, frameworks, protocols, and algorithms, while staying abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to keep our systems competitive.
- I anticipate you to be hands-on, supporting your team in implementing complex business logic and algorithms.
- You'll participate in the planning and execution of software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results, joining daily SCRUM calls to provide task updates.
- I expect you to apply security best practices to safeguard data and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- You will implement standards, guidelines, and metrics focused on delivering business value effectively and quickly, ensuring app performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- You will collaborate with delivery teams and vendors to ensure compliance with overall delivery standards and guidelines, helping to maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- I would like you to proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate product-related risks.
- You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features, while working closely with DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployment and operation of backend services.
- Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to your peers will be part of your role.
- You’ll support and mentor your team on best coding practices, development tools, and technology surveys.
- Maintaining technical documentation for architecture and design decisions will also be part of your responsibilities.

Our Tax Transformation Office (TTO) at Deloitte Tax LLP is dedicated to designing, developing, and deploying innovative enterprise technology, tools, and standardized processes that support the delivery of tax services. The TTO team is focused on enhancing our capacity to provide comprehensive, value-added, and efficient tax services to our clients. It is a dynamic group comprising professionals with diverse backgrounds including tax technical expertise, technology development, change management, Six Sigma, and project management. Our team consults on and executes a range of initiatives involving process and tool development and implementation, which includes training development, engagement management, tool design, and execution. The salary range for this position is based on various factors such as skills, experience, education, licensure, certifications, and other organizational needs, and has not been adjusted for geographic differences where the position may be filled. Generally, it is uncommon for a new hire to be offered compensation near the top of the scale. The estimated salary range is $113,890 to $259,220. You may also be eligible to join a discretionary annual incentive program, which is subject to the program's governing rules and influenced by individual and organizational performance.
