Requirements
Must:
- Strong technical proficiency in hardware and software testing, including burn-in, functional, and diagnostic methodologies for complex PC systems.
- Skilled in root cause analysis and problem solving, with the ability to investigate test failures, recognize systemic issues, and implement long-term corrective actions.
- Proven collaboration skills across different functions, enabling effective teamwork with engineering, diagnostics, IT, and sales to resolve challenges and enhance processes.
- Focused on process optimization to improve testing efficiency, decrease cycle times, and ensure smooth integration of new products into manufacturing.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in a professional capacity, possessing a Bachelors degree; or 6 years with a Masters degree; or equivalent manufacturing test engineering experience.
- Experience in continuous improvement and driving innovation in manufacturing test environments (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute efficient solutions to maintain operational continuity and reduce production delays.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional engineering teams to facilitate long-lasting fixes and process enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical complications beyond core server/workstation boundaries, showcasing adaptability and comprehensive technical know-how.
- Collaborate with Test and IT teams to evaluate, validate, and enhance factory test scripts.
- Participate and lead reviews to pinpoint root causes of testing discrepancies.
