Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on experience with at least one leading cloud data platform (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, Cloudera, Synapse)
- Solid understanding of data warehousing, data lakes/lakehouse, and ETL/ELT concepts
- Experience in data engineering and integration, including processing unstructured data and transforming it into structured formats
- Proficient SQL skills for analytical queries, performance optimization, and data modeling techniques
- Familiarity with vector databases, embedding models, and RAG architectures, along with document processing methodologies
- Knowledge of data pipeline tools and orchestration techniques
- Understanding of data governance principles, including cataloging, lineage, and compliance regulations
- Ability to design comprehensive analytics solutions from data collection to visual displays
- Familiarity with BI tools and how to optimize them for self-service analytics
- Understanding of data science workflows and tools, including Python and ML frameworks
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role with a strong commercial focus
- Proven track record in architecting and delivering data management, analytics, or data science solutions
Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales technical support for our field sales teams, defining the overall Solutions
- Build and nurture relationships with complex customer accounts
- Analyze customer needs and anticipate requirements beyond current solutions
- Develop comprehensive product specifications to facilitate the sale of our offerings
- Deliver impactful presentations at customer sites
- Ensure operability of advanced product configurations within customer environments
- Execute advanced systems integration and provide technical insight for solution implementation
