Requirements
Must:
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in AI/Data Engineering, including Python development, dataset handling, and AI/ML model implementation
- Strong knowledge of both relational and NoSQL databases, as well as data pipelines, Elasticsearch, MS SQL, and MongoDB
- Experience with DevOps practices, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and observability/log pipelines
Responsibilities
- Oversee the investigation and resolution of high-severity multi-layer incidents that involve infrastructure, Kubernetes, data engines, storage, networking, and system integrations
- Offer recommendations for solution architecture focusing on performance optimization, system resilience, configuration design, and best integration practices
- Serve as a technical liaison among Customer Support, Product Management, and Research & Development teams
- Identify and escalate defects, influence product roadmap decisions, and translate customer challenges into actionable enhancements
- Recognize recurring patterns, systemic risks, and opportunities for process improvement
