Requirements
Must:
- 12 to 15 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Python development, handling datasets, and working with AI/ML models
- Extensive knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, data pipelines, Elasticsearch, MS SQL, and MongoDB
- Experience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and observability/log pipelines, including library and runtime environments
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- Familiarity with Starburst or Trino is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead the investigation and resolution of critical, multi-layer incidents related to infrastructure, Kubernetes, data engines, storage, networking, and system integrations
- Offer architectural guidance regarding performance optimization, resilience, configuration design, and integration best practices
- Serve as a technical liaison between Customer Support, Product Management, and R&D teams
- Escalate product defects, influence development priorities, and convert customer challenges into actionable product enhancements
- Recognize recurring issues, identify systemic risks, and pinpoint opportunities for system optimization
