Requirements
Must:
- 8-12 years of experience in delivering sophisticated, large-scale software systems
- Extensive knowledge in backend programming languages (Java, Go, Python, C#, or similar) with a focus on distributed or microservices architectures
- Proficient in modern frontend technologies (React, Angular, or Vue) and JavaScript/TypeScript
- In-depth understanding of system architecture, API design, performance enhancement, and data modeling, with practical experience using both relational and NoSQL databases
- Demonstrated capability to autonomously design and troubleshoot intricate systems while providing technical guidance, mentorship, and fostering teamwork
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of extensive, distributed, and microservice-oriented systems
- Create end-to-end software solutions across both backend and frontend layers, managing complex implementations from start to finish
- Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and long-term sustainability while recognizing and reducing technical risks
- Prepare and enhance technical specifications, perform design and code evaluations, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers
- Work collaboratively across departments to execute enterprise-grade integrations and modernization initiatives while shaping engineering standards and platform strategy
