Requirements
Must:
- 8-12 years of experience in delivering complex, large-scale software systems
- Extensive knowledge in backend development (Java, Go, Python, C#, or similar) and experience with distributed or microservices architectures
- Strong expertise in contemporary frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) along with JavaScript/TypeScript
- In-depth understanding of system architecture, API design, performance optimization, and data modeling, with practical experience in both relational and NoSQL databases
- Demonstrated capability to independently design and troubleshoot complex systems while showcasing technical leadership, mentorship, and cross-team collaboration
- (Desirable) Experience in integrating AI capabilities into enterprise platforms, including agentic AI patterns, LLM-driven automation, autonomous agents, RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI-assisted developer tools
- (Desirable) Solid background in modern platform engineering and enterprise automation, including ServiceNow or IPAM systems, Agile/Scrum delivery, GitOps, Kubernetes tooling and security, and input into platform strategy or architectural governance
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architectural development of large-scale, distributed, and microservices-based systems
- Create end-to-end software solutions spanning backend and frontend layers, managing intricate implementations from start to finish
- Ensure exceptional performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability while identifying and addressing technical risks
- Draft and refine technical specifications, conduct design and code reviews, and mentor both senior and mid-level engineers
- Collaborate across functions to implement enterprise-grade integrations and modernization projects while influencing engineering standards and platform strategy
