Requirements
Must:
- 7 to 12 years of experience in software development utilizing Agile SDLC
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science
- Proficiency in C/C++, Golang, and Windows/Linux/Unix programming
- Familiarity with Win 32/Storage API and operating systems like Windows, Linux, and Aix
- In-depth understanding of CPU architecture, multi-threaded environments, concurrency databases, and storage technologies
- Practical experience with AI technologies and usage of AI tools throughout the SDLC
- Background in data protection domain and scalable architecture
- Knowledge of virtualization platforms (e.g., ESXI, Hyper-V) and strong analytical skills for troubleshooting across various platforms
- Ability to engage with business-oriented application design and development
- Quality-driven mindset with ownership of the entire delivery process
- Skills in profiling and benchmarking, along with strong communication and leadership capabilities
Responsibilities
- Design and develop next-generation cyber resiliency and data protection software
- Participate in crafting high-quality, complex systems and software/storage environments
- Develop and execute testing strategies for intricate software products and systems
- Review and analyze software specifications based on product requirements, implementing them as features with a focus on device and serviceability
