Requirements
Must:
- Expertise in key networking technologies, including switches, network interface cards (NIC), Data Processing Units (DPU), and AI Fabrics
- Proficient in AI framework integration such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes for machine learning workloads
- Experience in data center network design and optical distribution
- Knowledge of industry standards for networking protocols
- Proven leadership experience managing customer and partner projects; capable of understanding and assessing customer needs, developing technical solutions tailored to customers geographical requirements, and effectively negotiating conflicting interests while prioritizing deliverables to achieve optimal outcomes for all stakeholders; ability to travel 20%-30% of the time
- 15+ years of industry experience alongside a bachelors degree or equivalent skill level (desirable)
- Established relationships with key suppliers of networking products (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the design of network and fabric infrastructure according to customer requirements
- Address InfiniBand, Ethernet, Accelerated Fabric Link (AFL), and other fabric topologies tailored to data center specifications
- Outline network topologies optimized for training and inference processes
- Lead the creation of comprehensive AI network architecture encompassing GPU-GPU interactions, server-storage integration, in-rack cabling, and optical design at the data center level
- Enhance network topology and configurations to maximize the performance of AI clusters
- Collaborate closely with significant external partners to develop distinct solutions
- Innovate networking software, solutions, and architecture for seamless integration with AI frameworks and applications
