Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 10 years of relevant experience, including a role as a Principal Solution Architect or similar architecture position
- Proven leadership presence and gravitas
- Experience in developing and managing solution architecture for large enterprises
- Extensive knowledge of technology trends in the industry
- Strong understanding of cyber threats and effective mitigation strategies
- Background in vendor relationship management
- Experience leading IT transformation initiatives in complex environments
- Relevant education and experience may serve as a substitute where appropriate
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of leading healthcare technologies and their interconnectivity
- Contribute to defining and advancing the overall technology roadmap
- Develop technical designs that satisfy business needs while addressing usability, performance, cost, and cybersecurity requirements
- Conduct thorough research and evaluation of current technology trends to inform strategic decisions
- Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including clinical and executive stakeholders
- Build collaborative relationships across all organizational levels while maintaining a focus on completing priority tasks
- Influence and mentor staff while managing individual and team accountability
- Establish and maintain credibility with multidisciplinary teams to support technical strategy execution
- Foster strategic partnerships with technology vendors and industry leaders
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to enhance services continuously
