Requirements
Must:
- 8-12+ years in AI engineering, solutions architecture, developer relations, or partner engineering
- Profound technical knowledge of AI/ML solution architecture, including model training and inference patterns
- Expertise in AI Frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Triton, and ONNX Runtime
- Familiarity with AI runtimes and acceleration libraries including CUDA, cuDNN, and TensorRT
- Proficient in containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Slurm, and OpenShift AI
- Practical experience deploying and validating workloads across complete infrastructure stacks (compute, GPU, networking, storage, observability)
- Background in supporting software partners or developers in a technical role
- Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to both engineering and business stakeholders
- Capability to collaborate across multiple teams and manage partner-focused technical programs from start to finish
Responsibilities
- Facilitate technical onboarding and guidance for AI ISV partners, serving as their primary contact and assisting them through the AI Factory self-validation process
- Offer hands-on architectural guidance and validation for AI full stack, working directly in partner environments to enhance solutions, optimize performance, and confirm adherence to Dells Self Validation criteria
- Create and enhance blueprints for the Dell Automation Platform, providing guidelines for scalable and repeatable AI deployments
- Enhance program efficiency and processes, minimizing partner validation time through improved workflows, tools, documentation, and automation
- Work collaboratively across Product, Engineering, Solutions, and Partner teams to synchronize partner capabilities with Dells AI strategy and advocate for partner needs
Description
We are seeking a Lead AI Partner Engineer to lead the technical interface between Dell Technologies and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) participating in our Dell AI Technical Partner Program. In this highly technical and hands-on role, you will guide new AI partners through onboarding, self-validation, architecture review, blueprint creation, and compliance with our AI Factory standards. Located in either Hopkinton, Massachusetts or Round Rock, Texas, you will join our Product team, ensuring that partners enjoy a seamless technical journey while continuously enhancing the validation process to boost partner success.
