- Strong troubleshooting capabilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated ability to document processes for the customer
Responsibilities
- Understand customers strategic, organizational, and business challenges and provide relevant solutions for the future business landscape and operational goals
- Offer expertise in technical architectural design, strategies, and plans for forthcoming solutions, and advise on requirements for assigned technical implementations
- Share knowledge and support junior team members through formal instruction or on-the-job mentorship
- Concentrate on diverse problem-solving where analysis of information necessitates evaluation of identifiable factors to assess unusual circumstances, applying sophisticated analytical and problem-solving methodologies to identify root causes
- Operate independently, with work being evaluated at critical stages

We are seeking an Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) to join our Professional Services Consulting Team, based onsite at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada. As part of our team, you will engage directly with a Dell Federal Department of Defense customer. In this role, you will provide technical support, coordinate tasks, and schedule system integration activities. By leveraging your extensive industry knowledge, you will address customer challenges and enhance their operational efficiencies.
