Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in regulatory testing, compliance engineering, or energy efficiency initiatives
- Experience in managing or working within an ACT Accredited Lab
- Knowledge of ENERGY STAR version 4.0 (Servers) and 2.0 (Storage) standards
- Familiarity with SERT, power meters, and environmental simulation tools
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Lead energy compliance testing and certification for Dell Technologies enterprise products
- Manage the operations of Dells ACT Accredited Lab
- Collaborate with external labs and certification organizations for timely ENERGY STAR qualification and documentation
- Interpret and apply ENERGY STAR specifications, testing procedures, and labeling guidelines, while keeping abreast of program updates and regulatory changes
- Work with internal teams to support EMI/EMC and product safety compliance, including reviewing test results and addressing regulatory concerns
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, test reports, and certification records for regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders
