Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in leading Agile initiatives, particularly in the software development lifecycle and driving organizational change
- At least 4 years in conducting Agile training sessions, workshops, and planning events, inclusive of material and documentation development
- In-depth understanding of Scrum events, artifacts, roles, and tools that facilitate Scrum and scaled Agile methodologies
- Proven track record of collaborating with and influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams; strong mentoring and coaching abilities
- Demonstrated success as a proactive change agent, possessing strong organizational insight and conflict resolution skills
- (Desirable) Undergraduate or graduate degree in a related discipline
Responsibilities
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) product portfolio and drive enhancements in engineering quality and Agile processes, collaborating closely with Product Owners on backlog management and new work intake
- Educate and mentor cross-functional teams to instill, maintain, and bolster Agile principles, Scrum practices, and leverage appropriate AI tools and data-driven insights
- Cultivate an Agile mindset by exemplifying and instructing Agile values, lean thinking, and effective technical practices for successful Agile delivery
- Define, track, and monitor essential Agile metrics and key performance indicators; proactively identify delivery risks and assist teams in executing corrective measures
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by setting goals for Agile maturity and holding both yourself and teams accountable for progress
