Requirements
Must:
- 6-12 years of experience with a comprehensive understanding of contemporary system architectures and profound knowledge of hardware-software interactions to resolve complex system challenges.
- Practical experience with NVIDIA GPUs, including strong familiarity with NVIDIAs hardware, software, and management stack, as well as familiarity with Dell servers, storage, networking, and associated system software.
- Strong foundational knowledge in Core AI, GenAI, and ML technologies, including methods for customizing large-scale models (training, inferencing, RAG, etc.) and integrating AI workflows with modeling/simulation (Mod/SIM) and data analysis pipelines.
- Hands-on expertise in modern orchestration and cluster management platforms, including Kubernetes, OpenShift, Bright Cluster Manager (BCM), and Slurm for scheduling, deployment, and management of workloads.
- Proven senior-level capability in system design and integration, employing architectural insight, debugging skills, and in-depth technical judgment to lead development, performance optimization, and resolution of issues across complex environments.
- Experience with AI tools and models, such as Hugging Face, Meta, ML frameworks like PyTorch and Jupyter, and MLOps tools like MLflow.
- Familiarity with containerized environments and programming environments for automation and scripting.
Responsibilities
- Define, design, and implement intricate system requirements for our customers, along with conducting studies and evaluations of existing systems.
- Provide assigned system interfaces by collaborating on design and processes across extended teams.
- Generate documentation detailing inspection and testing procedures.
- Develop and implement economical testing and troubleshooting methods for systems and equipment.
- Create test and diagnostic programs, design test fixtures and equipment, and finalize specifications and procedures for new products.
