Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in AI engineering, solutions architecture, developer relations, or partner engineering
- In-depth technical expertise in AI/ML solution architecture, including model training and inference patterns, AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Triton, and ONNX Runtime
- Proficiency in AI runtimes and acceleration libraries (e.g., CUDA, cuDNN, TensorRT)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Slurm, OpenShift AI)
- Hands-on experience in deploying and verifying workloads across comprehensive infrastructure stacks including compute, GPU, networking, and storage
- Proven ability to communicate intricate technical concepts to both engineering teams and business stakeholders
- Strong capability to collaborate across various teams and manage technical programs with partner engagement end-to-end
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related field; Masters degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical onboarding and enablement process for AI ISV partners, acting as the primary technical liaison during AI Factory self-validation
- Provide hands-on guidance on AI full stack architecture and validation, collaborating directly within partner environments to review and optimize solutions
- Develop and enhance Dell Automation Platform blueprints, delivering comprehensive guidance for repeatable and scalable AI deployments
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Solutions, and Partner teams to align partner capabilities with Dells AI strategic objectives and advocate for partner requirements
Description
We are seeking an AI Technical Partner Engineer to act as the primary technical interface between Dell Technologies and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) participating in our Dell AI Technical Partner Program. In this role, you will ensure that partners enjoy a seamless technical experience while we strive to continually enhance our partner-facing validation process for improved success rates.
