Requirements

Must:
- Proven experience in product management in a technology-focused setting. - Comprehensive understanding of software development methodologies including Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall. - Expertise in AWS cloud services, API development and integration, SQL/Databases, Java programming, and HTML coding. - Experience in managing mobile applications and SaaS products. - Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Git for version control, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint) for project tracking and documentation. - Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret intricate data sets for strategic decision-making. - Demonstrated leadership skills and effective communication abilities across both technical and non-technical teams. - Knowledge of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies is advantageous. - Ability to manage the requirements gathering process and create detailed test cases for quality assurance.

Responsibilities

- Articulate and convey the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with our organizational objectives. - Lead sessions for gathering requirements to pinpoint customer needs and convert them into precise product specifications. - Collaborate alongside engineering teams to supervise product development utilizing Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, or TFS methodologies. - Oversee the complete product lifecycle from inception to launch, including market trend analysis and competitor evaluation. - Prioritize features and enhancements by analyzing user feedback and assessing business impact. - Engage with stakeholders across B2B sales, marketing, sales teams, and technical departments to guarantee successful product outcomes. - Create test cases and manage quality assurance processes to ensure functionality meets outlined specifications. - Use project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel), Git, and TFS for effective documentation. - Track product performance with analytics tools; evaluate data for continual improvements. - Establish clear communication with technical teams regarding APIs, Java, HTML, SQL databases, IoT integrations, and SaaS platforms. - Guide cross-functional teams through the software development lifecycle phases to ensure prompt delivery of superior products.
