Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in SAP implementation or ERP systems
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is preferred
- Experience with data migration tools and techniques
- Knowledge of SAP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Capability to create custom reports and dashboards in SAP
- Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent communication and training skills for end-user support
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and transition to SAP S/4HANA, including data conversion and validation
- Utilize advanced Excel features (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) to manage and analyze extensive datasets
- Collaborate with various business units to gather requirements and ensure precise system setup
- Conduct testing and troubleshoot issues during system migration and after go-live support
- Document workflows, processes, and system modifications for future reference
- Ensure adherence to company policies and data security standards
- Maintain open communication with project stakeholders and provide regular updates
- Assist in training end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices
Description
