Requirements
Must:
- Active Secret Clearance
- IAT Level II certification (CompTIA Security+ CE preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, front-end development, or a related field
- Experience in designing web-based applications and user interfaces
- Proficiency with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, or similar)
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in usability
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Capability to convert user needs into effective design solutions
Responsibilities
- Design and develop user interface (UI) concepts, layouts, and workflows for IBS applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders and users to collect requirements and feedback on usability
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to assist in application design and enhancements
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX designs, specifically for Angular-based applications
- Enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user experience across system components
- Conduct usability testing and integrate feedback into design improvements
- Maintain consistency in design standards, styles, and user interactions across applications
- Transform business requirements into user-friendly workflows and interfaces
- Assist in front-end development efforts where relevant (HTML, CSS, Angular)
- Maintain and contribute to UI/UX documentation, style guides, and design systems
- Partner with QA and development teams to validate UI functionality and user experience
- Promote the continuous improvement of user workflows and system usability
