Requirements
Must:
- Active Top Secret clearance is mandatory.
- Bachelors degree in an IT-related field (such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering) with a minimum of seven (7) years of experience as a SharePoint Developer or Power Apps Developer, including at least three (3) years of specialized experience in developing and administering SharePoint solutions and Power Apps applications.
- Alternatively, Level II Certification (Security+ or better) with seven (7) years of relevant experience as specified above.
- Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer, or other relevant Microsoft/SharePoint/Power Platform certifications.
Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and maintain SharePoint solutions, which encompass custom web parts, workflows, lists, libraries, content types, and site collections in both SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises environments.
- Manage SharePoint environments, focusing on user permissions, security controls, and governance practices.
- Configure and oversee SharePoint sites, document management systems, and collaboration solutions.
- Leverage SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and Power Automate to design and automate workflows effectively.
- Design, develop, and sustain Power Apps solutions, including both Canvas and Model-driven applications.
- Create and manage Power Automate workflows to optimize business processes and integrate with data sources such as SQL, SharePoint, and third-party APIs.
- Connect Power Apps solutions to various data sources, using Common Data Service (Dataverse) and implementing business rules within applications.
- Develop client-side solutions utilizing the SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Utilize modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular in conjunction with SharePoint and Power Apps.
- Create custom SharePoint and Power Apps integrations using REST APIs, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within SharePoint and Power Apps environments, focusing on performance optimization, error identification, and remediation.
- Conduct routine system maintenance and updates to uphold the stability, security, and accessibility of SharePoint and Power Apps solutions.

Our mission is to enhance the effectiveness of returning warships to the Fleet safely, on time, and within budget. This role will involve the design, development, administration, and ongoing maintenance of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions that facilitate enterprise collaboration, automate workflows, and modernize business processes. This position is fully on-site and provides a dynamic work environment.
