Requirements
Must:
- Active Top Secret clearance required.
- Bachelors degree in an IT-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering) with a minimum of seven (7) years of experience administering SharePoint Server, including at least three (3) years of specialized experience managing, configuring, and supporting SharePoint On-Premises environments.
- Alternatively, Level II Certification (Security+ or better) with seven (7) years of relevant experience.
- Desired Certifications: Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator, CompTIA Security+.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the configuration, management, and upkeep of SharePoint Server (2016/2019) environments.
- Administer web applications, site collections, content databases, and service applications.
- Manage user permissions, integrate Active Directory groups, and enforce SharePoint security policies.
- Develop and maintain governance policies, backup and recovery protocols, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Oversee and enhance Central Administration, Search Service Application, User Profile Service, and Managed Metadata Services.
- Facilitate migrations between SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online using tools like SPMT, ShareGate, or Metalogix.
- Conduct routine system health assessments and apply patches, Cumulative Updates (CUs), and Service Packs (SPs).
- Monitor system performance, review logs, and address alerts or issues impacting SharePoint functionality.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to support Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server configurations related to SharePoint.
- Investigate and resolve SharePoint errors, performance challenges, and service interruptions.
- Provide Tier II/III support to users and site owners for SharePoint-related queries.
- Keep up-to-date documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting instructions.
- Implement and configure custom or third-party SharePoint solutions, features, and web parts.
- Support the solution lifecycle management across development, testing, and production environments.
- Assist with SharePoint migrations and upgrades between various versions and environments.

You will play an essential role in managing the administration, maintenance, and operation of SharePoint Server environments. This on-site position offers an opportunity to engage in enterprise collaboration and enhance content management capabilities within secure and reliable SharePoint environments.
