Requirements
Must:
- I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- I have 1-3 years of experience in project management or coordination, ideally within IT or technology environments.
- I possess proven experience managing IT infrastructure projects, including Azure, cloud migrations, and network implementations.
- I have a strong grasp of project management methodologies, whether Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches.
- I am proficient with project management software such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
- I excel in organizational skills and can effectively manage multiple projects at once.
- I have a robust technical aptitude and can comprehend IT infrastructure concepts and terminology.
- My written and verbal communication abilities allow me to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- I demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and can think critically under pressure.
- I am skilled in using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), with advanced Excel skills preferred.
- I hold certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or other project management credentials, which are advantageous.
- My experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms is highly valued.
- I am familiar with ITIL, change management, or IT service management frameworks, which is beneficial.
- I am capable of working independently with minimal supervision while also being an effective team contributor.
- I have a keen attention to detail and am dedicated to delivering quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- I will lead and oversee traditional IT projects, including Azure migrations, network deployments, infrastructure enhancements, and system implementations.
- I will manage all stages of the project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- I will deploy projects in production environments, coordinating with technical teams to guarantee seamless implementation.
- I will create and maintain thorough project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation documentation.
- I will manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables while proactively identifying and addressing risks.
- I will be the primary contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and communication regarding project status.
- I will coordinate cross-functional teams, including network engineers, cloud architects, systems administrators, and developers.
- I will facilitate project meetings such as kickoffs, status updates, and retrospectives.
- I will track project progress, manage dependencies, and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule and within budget.
- I will utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Monday.com) to maintain project documentation and reporting.
- I will identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to refining project management methodologies.
- I will prepare and present project status reports, metrics, and dashboards to management and clients.
- I will handle project documentation including requirements, technical specifications, change requests, and lessons learned.
- I will ensure compliance with project management best practices, quality standards, and company policies.
Description
This position is a fixed-term contract with a pay range of $60.00 - $100.00 per hour. The work location is in-person. We are Davinci AI Solutions, and we are looking for a motivated IT Project Implementor to join our expanding team.
