IT Project Coordinator

- I will lead and oversee traditional IT projects, including Azure migrations, network deployments, infrastructure enhancements, and system implementations. - I will manage all stages of the project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. - I will deploy projects in production environments, coordinating with technical teams to guarantee seamless implementation. - I will create and maintain thorough project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation documentation. - I will manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables while proactively identifying and addressing risks. - I will be the primary contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and communication regarding project status. - I will coordinate cross-functional teams, including network engineers, cloud architects, systems administrators, and developers. - I will facilitate project meetings such as kickoffs, status updates, and retrospectives. - I will track project progress, manage dependencies, and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule and within budget. - I will utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Monday.com) to maintain project documentation and reporting. - I will identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to refining project management methodologies. - I will prepare and present project status reports, metrics, and dashboards to management and clients. - I will handle project documentation including requirements, technical specifications, change requests, and lessons learned. - I will ensure compliance with project management best practices, quality standards, and company policies.
