Requirements
Must:
- 2-5 years of hands-on IT support experience, preferably in a client-facing or managed services environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating clarity and professionalism
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities across various clients and systems
- A proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership in completing tasks without constant supervision
- An analytical and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving in a calm manner
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and modern cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Solid knowledge in troubleshooting devices, SaaS applications, and core infrastructure
- Familiarity with IT and cybersecurity best practices applicable in daily operations
- A passion for assisting users, enhancing systems, and continuously refining workflows
*Bonus Points:*
- Experience in a managed services provider (MSP) setting
- Familiarity with tools like RMM, PSA, MDM, SSO, MFA, or endpoint security solutions
- Exposure to compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC, CMMC, etc.
- Experience supporting executives or high-touch environments
- Enthusiasm for improving processes, documentation, and overall system performance
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality remote and onsite technical support across various devices, networks, servers, and cloud services
- Manage support requests from initiation to resolution, ensuring effective communication throughout
- Utilize a structured, methodical approach to troubleshoot issues across user devices, systems, and infrastructure
- Administer and maintain core business platforms, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Active Directory, Entra, Duo, Okta, Box, Dropbox, Monday, Slack, Teams, Zoom, and other industry-specific applications
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, which include account provisioning, device setup, and access management
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to deliver a smooth and dependable user experience
- Administer identity management, endpoint management, and SaaS environments across multiple client organizations
- Support networking, firewalls, and office technology to uphold stable and secure operations
- Manage technology procurement, configuration, inventory, and lifecycle management activities
- Play a role in system deployments, migrations, and security initiatives
- Maintain clear, precise, and actionable documentation across client systems
- Identify recurring issues and proactively suggest enhancements to systems and workflows
