Requirements
Must:
- I require that you are willing to travel to customer locations within Arizona and potentially nearby states.
- You must be capable of passing an FBI background check and a variety of background checks related to working as a vendor for law enforcement agencies.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a remote working environment are essential.
- You should be able to diagnose and repair computer and peripheral hardware.
- Adaptability to learn and master proprietary technologies is necessary.
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems up to Windows 11 is expected.
- Familiarity with Windows Server is preferred.
- A basic understanding of Microsoft SQL Server technology is strongly preferred, though not mandatory.
- The desired skills include being proactive, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience/certifications such as A+, Network+, Security+.
Responsibilities
- My role involves traveling on-site to implement, fix, and update hardware and software for fingerprint biometric systems at law enforcement agencies in Arizona and possibly its neighboring states.
- I provide both remote and on-site support assistance to these agencies.
- Troubleshooting VB.NET applications as well as SQL database queries and stored procedures will be part of my daily tasks.
Description
This is a full-time position with a salary starting from $60,000.00 per year.
