Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 3 years of practical experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud in either a consulting or end-user capacity
- Proficiency in system configuration, functional testing, or UAT oversight
- Solid grasp of business processes related to your area of expertise (Finance, HR, Procurement, etc.)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and communication skills
- Oracle certification is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong end-user experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud is highly valued, especially for candidates transitioning to consulting
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to collect requirements, map out business processes, and set up Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
- Assist in implementations, enhancements, and efforts for optimization post-launch
- Take the lead or provide support in critical phases like testing, UAT, and training end-users
- Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and custom development
- Create documentation for business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows
