Requirements
Must:
- 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in designing and developing web-based and mobile applications.
- At least 3 years of web development experience collaborating with digital marketing teams.
- Capability to coach and mentor other marketing team members, influencing project outcomes.
- Proficient in developing applications for Content Management Systems such as Sitecore, Adobe AEM, or Sitefinity.
- Strong grasp of client-side technologies including JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, and related tools.
- Expert in application development tools, particularly Visual Studio.
- Extensive experience in server-side programming languages like C#.
- Solid knowledge of relational databases with the ability to create database queries in MS SQL Server.
- Experience utilizing cloud systems (SaaS & PaaS) for application hosting and file storage.
- Familiarity with integrating third-party services, including social media platforms.
- Understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility (Chrome, Firefox, IE, Safari, etc.).
- Exposure to version control systems such as GitHub or SVN.
- Experience interacting with Product and Business Management teams.
- Passion for delivering high-quality products in an agile team setting, with a commitment to ongoing skill development.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in identifying and resolving issues effectively.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, MIS, Digital Marketing, or equivalent experience; technology certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, enhancement, and support of web and mobile applications utilizing technologies such as .NET, JS libraries, and SQL Server databases.
- Create applications, templates, and components for Content Management Systems including Sitecore, Adobe AEM, or Sitefinity.
- Establish and promote best practices for the complete software development life cycle, ensuring adherence to coding standards and maintaining continuous integration builds.
- Assess and resolve complex, time-sensitive production support challenges.
- Operate in an agile, rapid development and prototyping atmosphere.
- Develop and refine front-end user interfaces to guarantee consistent performance across all browsers and devices.
- Build responsive and aesthetically pleasing web applications that can scale efficiently.
