Requirements
Must:
- 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Proven experience using Claude Code and similar AI-assisted development tools in a professional environment
- Proficiency in at least two of the following programming languages: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java/Kotlin, C#/.NET
- Solid grasp of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices for Enterprise SaaS solutions
- Familiarity with REST APIs and working with LLM APIs (e.g., Anthropic Claude API, OpenAI API)
- Understanding of prompt engineering techniques for generating high-quality outputs from large language models
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong mentoring and leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of explaining complex AI concepts to non-specialists
- Self-motivated learner who keeps up with advancements in the AI development landscape
- Team-oriented mentality with the ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment
Responsibilities
- Lead the adoption and integration of Claude Code into daily software development processes across various languages like Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java/Kotlin, and C#/.NET
- Drive the practice of AI-assisted code generation, review, and refactoring to enhance team productivity and code quality
- Actively participate in developing and releasing features using AI-driven methodologies
- Create and implement structured training sessions to elevate team proficiency in Claude Code and AI development techniques
- Generate and maintain internal documents, guidelines, and playbooks for AI-enhanced development workflows
- Encourage a culture of exploration, learning, and continuous enhancement around AI tools
- Provide architectural guidance and technical strategies for incorporating AI capabilities into our Enterprise SaaS platform
- Assess new AI coding tools, frameworks, and APIs, including the Anthropic Claude API, to determine their relevance for the team
- Work in collaboration with the Director of Software Engineering to establish the AI development roadmap
- Design and develop internal tools, scripts, and automation workflows utilizing AI to optimize engineering processes (CI/CD, code reviews, testing, documentation)
- Identify repetitive engineering tasks and devise AI-driven solutions to lessen manual workload
- Maintain and enhance AI tooling infrastructure to ensure its reliability and scalability
