Requirements
Must:
- 7 to 10 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on integrations
- Bilingual in English and French
- Ability to make structured and lasting technical decisions
- Rigorous approach, focused on performance, stability, and quality
- Natural leadership skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Comfortable in a growing and continuously evolving environment
- Expertise in WinDev development (business applications and integrations)
- Strong experience with C# .NET, Web API, and integration services
- Excellent understanding of data exchange protocols and system integrations
- Good comprehension of application security and integration challenges
- Knowledge of GraphQL (an asset)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical reference for all software integrations
- Participate actively in architectural decision-making for integration solutions
- Directly engage in the development and resolution of complex issues
- Ensure the performance, stability, and security of integrations
- Support and mentor the team in technical matters
- Design, develop, and maintain software integration solutions (APIs, critical data flows)
- Actively contribute to WinDev (2023 / 2025) and C# .NET (Web API, integration services)
- Maintain a robust and maintainable architecture
- Establish, document, and evolve technical standards and best practices
- Design and maintain integrations based on REST APIs, GraphQL, JSON, XML, and CSV
- Implement and evolve security measures (OAuth2, JWT, certificates, secret management)
- Ensure reliability in inter-system exchanges, error handling, and traceability
- Act as lead technical architect for integrations
- Conduct structured code reviews focused on quality
- Collaborate closely with product teams and project management
