AI Backend Developer

We are seeking skilled programmers to become a part of our team, dedicated to training our AI chatbots to code. You will engage with the chatbots we are developing to monitor their progress, as well as create and assess code. To be considered for this position, you should possess proficiency in either Python or JavaScript. You will need to be well-versed in at least one programming language or framework (such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, HTML/CSS, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, SQL, or Swift) to tackle coding challenges (similar to those found on LeetCode, HackerRank, etc.). For each coding task, it is essential that you can describe how your solution addresses the problem. During the application process, you will need to complete an evaluation. If you succeed, you will gain access to projects. Your continued involvement will depend on the quality of your work, with successful candidates typically working between 5-20 hours per week, up to 40 hours. This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE role. You will have the freedom to select which projects you wish to tackle and the flexibility to manage your own schedule. Projects are compensated on an hourly basis, with bonuses available for high-quality and high-volume work.
