Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as an IT technician or in a comparable position, demonstrating expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems efficiently.
- Support the installation, configuration, and upkeep of computer systems, networking devices, and peripherals.
- Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Fundamental understanding of DNS and email account setup.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Knowledge of VoIP phone systems and related terminology is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and address technical issues in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Assist in the installation and ongoing maintenance of computer systems and networking equipment.
- Configure and manage various operating systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Support the setup and management of DNS and email accounts as needed.
- Facilitate effective collaboration with team members and communicate technical information clearly.
